What is Marketscape Connect?
Trella Health’s Marketscape Connect allows users to connect to our platform through EHR integrations, API integrations, and Business Intelligence (BI) feeds to improve referral conversion rates, streamline workflows, and provide easy access to key information. Within the Marketscape Connect suite of products, Trella Health has three high level offerings: EHR Integration, Data Offerings, and User Management and Assignments.
EHR Integration
Connecting Marketscape to your EHR solution allows for the ability to capture referral data, track status of pending admissions, completed admissions, and discharges so that users can track the “sales cycle” of their referral sources. The solution will ingest your organization’s EHR data and make it available on the Marketscape CRM platform.
Data Offerings
Trella Health has multiple data offerings for users with advanced data teams who want to leverage the data in their own business intelligence (BI) solution. The data is made available through SFTP.
Data BI Feed
For Marketscape Insights PAC (HH/HOS/SNF) customers, this would include all data available in the User Interface.
For Marketscape Insights HME / Infusion clients, the standard report includes claim count details at the HCPCS code level (this is more granular than what is currently available in the user interface). The SFTP report will include a page that outlines the various fields available in the report and their definitions. Please contact the support team at support@trellahealth.com if you have additional questions.
For Marketscape Strategy customers, the feed would include data available on the Explore pages plus a handful of reference tables. For questions regarding specific fields available in the BI Feed, please review the Marketscape Strategy Help Center
CRM BI Feed
A complete daily export of the Marketscape CRM data is made available.
APIs
These are application programming interface which allow for two or more computer components to communicate with each other. They help bring applications together to perform a designed function built around sharing data and/or executing a standardized process. APIs work as a middleman, allowing developers to easily build programs that interact frequently between applications.
User API – allows users the ability to create, update and delete users in the Trella Health platform without having to manually perform these actions in the Trella Health Admin Tool.
SSO API – Single Sign On API allows users to manage credentials and authentication on their system. It will allow users to have a more secure solution and a single place for their users to reset credentials.
For more information about any of the above offerings, please make contact with your Trella Health customer success manager.
